SOA offers great promises to spawn a new wave of innovation and productivity gains impacting entire value chains. If most IT organizations have started pilot projects using some kind of web services toolkit, they also realize it will not be enough to reach the agility they need to align the business with IT.  I will explore how bringing Enterprise Architecture and SOA together will bring a new generation of infrastructure, coupled with the emerging Business Process Platforms that brings agility and hundreds of Services that are ready to be composed in applications to deliver ROI.
