Open Source Middleware for Service Oriented Architecture
Open Source Middleware for Service Oriented Architecture
Jun. 5, 2006 11:00 AM
This session concerns the use of open source middleware for service oriented architecture (SOA). For the SOA architect or developer wishing to build a SOA-based system today, we will show the current options available, in particular focussing on open-source implementations of ESB, CORBA and Java EE. We will show the implications (both pros and cons) of building a SOA using ESB and building a SOA using CORBA, comparing each in terms of simplicity, technology adoption, performance and other factors.
