Richard Davies wrote: The UK has a good crop of technology pioneers in cloud computing - for example ElasticHosts, FlexiScale, Flexiant, OnApp - and also some strong government initiatives such as G-Cloud. We will have to see whether this kind of technical leadership converts into swift mass-market adoption or not.

InfoComp Announcing Composer Business Integration Server for SOA
InfoComp Upgrades The Technology With Composer Business Integration Server for SOA

Integration into existing back office systems is now easier with Composer using the new Composer Business Integration Server (CBI). The SOA platform is flexible and the existing IT investment in server class platforms such as IBM MQ Series and Tivoli can be utilized, hence increasing the ROI.

"The Composer Business Integration Server has points of integration from Email gateways and data feeds via CSV to multiple SOAP service coordination," Mr DeDominicis said.

"These new features have already been successfully implemented at three client sites and because they were delivered as part of our maintenance and support programme they required no additional fees."

"We hope to announce the take up of the new offering with several other clients over the coming months."
These developments further support InfoComp's latest initiative "Composer ASP", which will deliver Composer over the web to a wider audience.
