Avista Corp. Board Declares Common Stock Dividend

SPOKANE, WA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/09/12 -- Avista Corp.'s (NYSE: AVA) board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share on the company's common stock. The common stock dividend is payable Dec. 14, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 29, 2012.
