TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/16/12 -- Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) today announced that its wholly-owned division Volaris Group ("Volaris") has entered into an agreement to acquire a provider of software to the Asset Management vertical market. The acquisition is expected to close in ten days.
