A California resident, McGrath is managing partner of Diamond Bear Partners LLC, an investment

McGrath also served on the board of governors of the Pacific Stock Exchange from 2001 to 2006. In 2008, President George W. Bush appointed him to the President's Advisory Council on Financial Literacy.

"I'm honored to have the opportunity to lead the NFWF board at this pivotal moment in its history," said McGrath. "With our public and private partners, our organization will continue to seek the most effective solutions to the environmental challenges facing our country. I particularly appreciate the outstanding
efforts of my predecessor as chairman, Carl R. Kuehner, III, to ensure that our nation's natural legacy is protected for future generations."

Established by Congress in 1984, the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation protects and restores the
nation's fish, wildlife, plants and habitats. Working with federal, corporate and individual partners,
NFWF has funded more than 4,000 organizations and committed more than $2.1 billion to conservation projects. Learn more at www.nfwf.org.
