SysAssure Adds Nexthink as Cornerstone to Its MSP Offering

Nexthink®, the leading provider of real-time: monitoring and analytics for IT infrastructure from the end-user perspective, announced a reseller agreement with SysAssure Business Assurance Technologies, an end-to-end IT managed services provider (MSP). SysAssure will leverage Nexthink’s patented technology to improve IT project management, operations monitoring, security and end-user support.
Nexthink monitors IT infrastructure from the end-user perspective. Through self-learning Nexthink maps all the IT services delivered to end-user (physical and virtual) devices. Nexthink analyzes all relevant end-user events including IT infrastructure changes, application use, performance, bandwidth, failures, security issues, etc. Nexthink applies artificial intelligence and real-time enterprise-wide IT analytics to detect abnormal behavior. Using Nexthink, customers are able to determine root cause for complex issues and discover security risks and threats in a way no one else can.
SysAssure selected Nexthink’s unique patented technology to include in its MSP offering and support services for its customers including Skyview. Skyview develops a business critical application tailored for advertisers, radio stations and sports organizations, that delivers advertising commercials within a sports broadcast. As Skyview’s MSP, SysAssure is tasked with ensuring the day-to-day IT management and fast resolution of customer support issues at Skyview.
