Huntington is an approved supplemental education services provider under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, and has provided free tutoring to thousands of students across the country through NCLB's federally funded supplemental education services program.

According to Education Week's 2012 edition of "Diplomas Count," a national study on high school graduation statistics in U.S. public schools, the nation's graduation rate rose to 73 percent in 2009, the highest figure since the 1970s. Yet, researchers projected that 1.1 million students from the 2012 graduating class would not receive diplomas.
