Baidu to Report Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2012 Financial Results on February 4, 2013

BEIJING, Jan. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Baidu, Inc. (Nasdaq: BIDU), the leading Chinese language Internet search provider, today announced that it will report its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2012, after the U.S. market closes on February 4, 2013. Baidu's management will hold an earnings conference call at 8:00 PM on February 4, 2013, U.S. Eastern Time (9:00 AM on February 5, 2013, Beijing/Hong Kong Time).
