Array Information Technology (ARRAY) announced today that it has appointed Major General Eric Vollmecke (Air National Guard) as a Special Advisor for Military Veterans and Reserve Affairs. In this capacity, General Vollmecke will assist ARRAY in developing policies and practices to recruit and retain those employees who have already served or are still continuing their service in one of the Reserve Components.

General Vollmecke is a traditional reservist in the U.S. Air Force and brings more than 20 years in the business world as a senior executive and prior Program Manager for large and small Government Contracting and technology firms. Through these professional experiences, General Vollmecke has hired hundreds of candidates into various positions and knows how to effectively identify and translate military experience to the civilian side to best position an employee and the company for joint success.
