The Nastel APWMQ SPI for HP extends the span of control of HP Software by enabling users to monitor and manage IBM WebSphere MQ (MQSeries) environments directly from their HP Operations console. The APWMQ SPI makes the HP Operations console a single point of control over the entire enterprise IT infrastructure with complete access to all WebSphere MQ nodes from application servers to mainframes, including those not supported by the HP Operations Manager Software agent, such as OS/390, z/OS, MVS and OS/400. “Nastel’s AutoPilot WebSphere MQ Smart Plug-in for HP Operations Manager Software has been well proven in production environments. The APWMQ SPI monitors the health of WMQ queues and channels; allows users to configure and control WMQ objects such as queue managers, channels, messages and processes from the HP Operations Manager Software console; and, detects problems within WMQ in real-time, allowing instant drill down to the root cause and resolution directly from the HP Operations Manager Software console.
