DOJ To Quash Oracle's PeopleSoft Scheme, Says WSJ

The Justice Department is moving closer to a decision to block Oracle's $7.3 billion hostile bid for PeopleSoft on antitrust grounds, according to the Wall Street Journal.

However, a final decision is not expected until the end of February.
