FAIRFAX, Va., Oct. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Arrowhead Global Solutions, Inc., a premier provider of integrated communication solutions and a wholly owned subsidiary of CapRock Communications, has named Bob Cope director of recruiting. The new appointment comes as a result of Arrowhead's growth in the government sector. Cope brings to Arrowhead nearly three decades of experience in the public and private sectors supporting the intelligence and defense communities.

Before joining Arrowhead, Cope was recruiting program manager at Keane Federal Systems in McLean, VA, where he helped to evaluate the company's internal capabilities against RFP requirements. He was also account manager for all intelligence and defense contracts including recruiting. Before Keane, he was lead recruiter for the autonomic distributed systems division and the intelligence innovation division for BAE Systems. These divisions specialize in providing complex software R&D solutions to the intelligence and defense communities.

Prior to BAE, Cope was senior technical recruiter at AT&T Government Solutions where he was responsible for providing the full life cycle of recruiting. Cope has also held senior recruiting positions at Technical Resources International, 3Com Corporation, Cisco Systems and Nesco Service Company.

Cope has international experience serving the Royal Saudi Naval Force where he supervised a team of recruiters who processed security clearances and passports, and conducted new employee orientation including interpreting Saudi laws prior to deployment.
