Location: Fairfield, CA Country: United States of America Volt Technical Resources, LLC is currently hiring an Oracle/PowerBuilder Developer to be lead the development efforts of PowerBuilder and Web applications. You will be responsible to design database structures (tables, indexes, triggers, stored procedures).
