Dont underestimate the SLA's role in accountability. For companies that have dynamic requirements and no down time can be afforded, make sure you have very tight SLAs. Gaming Standards Association Launches New GSA University Website

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 12 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Earlier this year, the Gaming Standards Association announced its educational program, GSA University. Now, finding information and registering for classes in GSA University is even easier thanks to the organization's new website, www.gsauniv.com.

From www.gsauniv.com, users can quickly find information on schedules for classes in the Executive Awareness and Certified Engineer programs. Users can also register and pay for classes online.

GSA Educational Director Line Robichaud said, "For more than 10 years GSA has been working to develop open standard protocols that will revolutionize the gaming industry. As exciting as the standards are, they can be confusing unless users have a concrete knowledge of how they work. This applies to engineers in manufacturers' R&D departments, in test labs, as well as executives who need a working vocabulary of the standards and their potential. That's why we created GSA University. Our new web site (www.gsauniv.com) gives industry personnel from all levels and departments quick access to the information they need to plan how to further their education on these protocols."

In addition to the off-site course schedules available at www.gsauniv.com, specialized on-site instruction is also available. More information about on-site classes and about GSA University is available by calling (888) GSA-UNIV.
