Citrix XenApp Now Runs in the EC2 Cloud
Anyone can now start demonstrating and testing rich windows app delivery from the Cloud in minutes

Apps from the Cloud frequently means limited function browser based web apps that may be OK for personal use but don’t cut it in the business world. Citrix as an industry leader delivering full featured enterprise windows apps to business has now enabled the Cloud to provide the delivery system. As a public demonstration Citrix has posted a pre-built XenApp Server in Amazon’s Xen based EC2 offering.
Anyone can now start demonstrating and testing rich windows app delivery from the Cloud in minutes without committing to hardware or the typical set up and configuration time.
