Vista Capable Suit Loses its Class Action Cachet
Windows Vista Capable suit has been stripped of its class action cachet

That Windows Vista Capable suit that's been dogging Microsoft and making its internal e-mail entertaining common fodder has been stripped of its class action cachet.
Decertification basically flings the suit into limbo even if Microsoft didn't get the summary judgment it wanted.
The six plaintiffs, who now have to decide whether they want to soldier on, failed to show that those faulty Vista Capable labels upped the price of the machines wearing them.
Microsoft was dragged into court because the machines could only run Vista Home Basic, not the full Vista package with its Aero interface.
